With return to more a ‘typical’ way of life after the past few years of restrictions for COVID-19, we are seeing a concerning surge of respiratory illness. Influenza, RSV and COVID-19 (as well as many others!) are causing severe illness, hospitalization and deaths across the country.

Here are a few tips to keep yourself safe:

  1. Wear a mask when indoors, especially in busy places (yes, the COVID mask mandates have lifted, but this is still your most effective way to protect yourself and others against respiratory illness)
  2. Wash your hands frequently
  3. GET YOUR VACCINES – COVID and INFLUENZA

Influenza/COVID vaccines:

If you are sick with a respiratory illness:

  • Take a home COVID test
