    • Register/ Sign in to MyHealthAccess by clicking the button at the bottom of this page
    • Choose either an IN-PERSON or TELEPHONE appointment with your doctor, locum, or nurse
    • Appointments are for ONE CONCERN ONLY, and all appointments are for 10 minutes
    • If you need a longer appointment, have an urgent concern, or cannot find a suitable time, please call our office and speak to reception
    • Please only book with your usual family doctor or their locum: appointments booked with other doctors may be subject to cancellation
    • Nurse appointments are also for 10 minutes, and are intended for routine blood work or an injection
    • if you’re not sure what you need, please give us a call, we are happy to help!

Should I book an office or telephone appointment?

Office

  • Any NEW issue or concern
  • Anytime you think you might need a physical examination
  • Any other reason you prefer to see the doctor in person

Telephone

  • Follow-up of an ongoing issue
  • Reviewing results (unless an in-person appointment was requested by your doctor)
  • Renewing long-standing prescriptions
  • Mental health concerns (we prefer to see any new concerns in office, but recognize some people feel more comfortable discussing by phone)
